Regarding Scheduling & Product Returns/Exchanges

At the time of scheduling we will request credit card information that we will safely keep on file.

We realize that sometimes plans change. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require a full 6 hours before your scheduled appointment, to avoid a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

Cancellations and no shows leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.

Due to scheduling commitments to other clients schedules, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 15 minutes late.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service please let us know within 24 hours and we can schedule a correction within a week maximum from your original appointment date.

We kindly ask that you don't bring any extra guests with you to your service as our space is limited and extra guests could interfere with the experience we provide.

Product return and exchanges: 

Any unopened/used product can be returned within 14 days of purchase. If the product has been used it's eligible for an exchange within 14 days of purchase.
